Dr. Hans C. Jeppesen has recently joined All Care Hospice as Associate Medical Director. Dr. Jeppesen leads Charter Health PC, Lynn, MA, a medical practice he founded that provides internal medicine services in the North Shore area of Boston. In his role with All Care, Dr. Jeppesen will provide consultative services for pain management and quality of life issues for patients with advanced illness.
Dr. Jeppesen completed medical school and internal medicine residency at the University of Minnesota. He brings 13 years of medical expertise to All Care including patient care, quality improvement, and service development. Dr. Jeppesen is active in local health care issues as a Member of the Board of Health in Boxford, MA, and as a Delegate of the Massachusetts Medical Society, South Essex District.
