About All Care VNA
For over 98 years our VNA has remained the core of All Care's integrated continuum of home care. Working with the patients' physician, our team of skilled nurses, physical, occupational, and speech therapists, medical social workers, and certified home health aides provide the highest quality health care that allows patients to recover from an illness or hospitalization in the comfort of their own home. All Care's staff educates patients and caregivers in the skills needed to manage their care at home.
In order to be eligible for home health care services, patients must be homebound, have a physician's order, and insurance verfication.
All Care's focus on outstanding quality has propelled the VNA to receive top honors and numerous accolades. For 10 consecutive years, the agency has received the Pinnacle Award for Excellence in Patient Satisfaction in New England.
