Lights of Remembrance is a means to say “I remember” in a positive way and celebrate the lives and the love of those we miss most. Dedicating a light in the name of a loved one is a special way to remember them during the holiday season while ensuring that hospice and home care will be available to patients with life-limiting illness and their families in the future.
