Kerry A. Slattery, LSW, of Dracut, has recently joined All Care VNA & Hospice as a Care Transition Specialist. A graduate of UMass Lowell, Kerry is a seasoned elder care Social Worker, with the bulk of her experience being in the health care industry and assisted living setting. Fulfilling her passion for helping seniors and their families, Kerry has been instrumental in guiding seniors through the aging process and being a resource for them for over 20 years.

Kerry’s recent transition to All Care was a natural next step for her to grow while continuing to help people in a different way. This is evident in her compassion to others and natural ability to develop strong personal and professional relationships in the community she knows best.
